YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS! Our return policy is to stand behind our goods and do our best to treat customers fairly. Contact us within 60 days if you are not delighted with your purchase. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • Contact us within 60 days of purchase with an email describing the issue and how you would like it resolved.
  • We will respond with an email within 24 hours. This email will contain instructions for mailing your return/exchange, the amount we will refund to you after receiving your item, or the ship date for your new item in the case of an exchange.
  • After you receive our email, box up the item and ship the product back to us.
  • You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed.

 

HOW REFUNDS ARE CALCULATED AND CREDITED

  • Refunds will be credited for the price you paid less the original shipping costs. If you received free shipping and the return drops the original sale below the amount required for free shipping, the refund will be less the original shipping costs.
  • We will not refund the cost of return shipping or issue pre-paid labels.
  • You will need to pay for shipping the new items if you are exchanging items.
  • If the return is due to our mistake, either in defective merchandise or shipping errors on our part, we will pay for all shipping costs. Contact us for instructions.
  • We will refund to your original form of payment (the same credit card or PayPal account you used to make the purchase.) If the orginal form of payment was a gift card or you received the item as a gift, the method of refund will be merchandise credit.
  • There are no restocking fees.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Everything on MavenMaise.com can be returned except:

  • Clearance Items (they are marked as Final Sale)
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, just as we shipped it. They must be unwashed with no signs of use or wear. We will not reship items we consider to be unsellable back to you.
  • You will receive email instructions for defective items after you contact us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

  • Returns are processed in 1-3 business days after we receive them.
  • Refunds can ususally be expected 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your credit card company, bank or PayPal.)
